About Us
Ross Construction Group, LLC (RCG) was founded in 2017, but our story begins in 1982 when Kenny Ross, our Vice President of Business Development, started his career in the construction industry. For the last 40+ years, Kenny has been involved in hundreds of commercial projects in and around southwest Missouri for dozens of clients.
Following in his father’s footsteps, Kenny’s eldest son David began his construction career in 2003 as a site laborer. From there, he worked his way up from project management to operations, until finally co-founding RCG, where he serves as President. Kenny’s youngest son Andy joined the construction industry in 2009, and like David, started in the field. He also worked his way through the ranks until starting and co-owning RCG with his brother, where he now serves as Chief Operating Officer. In early 2018, only a few months after RCG’s inception, Kenny joined his sons, making RCG a multi-generational family business.
With Ross Construction Groups' executive team's combined 95 years of experience in commercial construction, their involvement with hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of construction projects throughout the Ozarks, and their experienced and well-balanced team, RCG is uniquely positioned to assist their clients in all manners of commercial construction.
